We are dealing in telecommunication equipments trading as well as AMC Contracts. For these TDS should be deducted by our customers u/s 194C or 194J? The AMC Contracts include installation as well as maintenance of the AMC

Maintenance of telecommunication equipment is of technical nature. In my opinion, 194J is applicable
If it includes work of technical nature, then Sec 194J apply......I agree with Mr. Pawan, in my opinion Sec 194J apply
as far as installation & maintenance is concerned...it would be 194 C
