we are a 80g certified charitable institution & we have make payment of 1lac to decorator & contractor but we have not deducted TDS on payment to decorator/cotractor . what will we have to do now? will we have to pay any tax or penalty

Yes you should deduct tds on contract u/s 194C if you don’t deduct than the penalty will be amount equal to tds non- deduction. u/s 271C
