In my opinion it is not calculated on the Invoice amount rather TCS will be calculated on the Taxable amount of the goods covered us 206C nd it will be added in the invoice & then Buyer will make the payment along with the TCS & GST amount I think there is no connection between TCS calculation & GST in that invoice they are just Collected together
