I want to know that, TCS of Non company deductee paid as Company Deductee. What will be effect of this to that Firm (non company deductee).

I dont think it will make any difference, because in my firm I have seen that they had wrongly put it as company deductee but when intimation came for wrong PAN etc. no mention of status as company/non company. But correct it when you file next returns
