we have a restaurant.. as per said.. we cannot claim in put and we have to pay 5% on Bill..

Yes ..... As TCS is reflected in cash ledger so you can claim/payoff by cash ledger

TCS is made for Restaurant and it was reflecting in Cash Ledger and we utilised TCS credit and balance GST Paid to the department. Can you please share any notification or reference. Thank you so much in advance sir.
