Sir/Madam,

In case of sale of Car for an amount more than Rs.10 Lakhs, where whole amount has been paid by Financer(referred as Lessor) and bill has booked in the name of customer(referred as Lessee). In the said case who will be eligible for TCS Credit, the lessor or the lessee.

who is owner of car or in which PAN account TCS has been deposited
Owner of car is eligible to claim TCS i.e. customer

Tcs has still not been deposited. Further, in some cases the car is registered in the name of customer wherein in other cases it is registered in name of financed.
