Sir/Madam,
In case of sale of Car for an amount more than Rs.10 Lakhs, where whole amount has been paid by Financer(referred as Lessor) and bill has booked in the name of customer(referred as Lessee). In the said case who will be eligible for TCS Credit, the lessor or the lessee.
