Hi - I am currently availing Car lease benefits in the form of perquisite in the old regime. Also, corporate NPS is fully tax exempt. Need guidance on the tax treatment of both these categories if i opt for new tax regime in the upcoming FY.
No benefit will be allowed on the perquisite of the car lease. Secondly, you can avail the deduction of NPS u/s 80CCD (2) in the new tax regime same as the old regime.
