What is tax treatment of BOI.(Body of Individual) ..For example of if 3 person are receiving Rent income and their share is equal then can the income be taxed in BOI ? What if 3 person wants to share this income after they being taxed..is there again tax has to be paid when income is divided in hands of members.. ? clarify with sections/provisions..

Rent Income will be tax to BOI. Once they are tax as BOI, income will not be again tax in the hands of individual(member).
