SIR, YOU ARE GETTING MONEY FROM THESE SERVICES.IF YES AND IF YOUR TOTAL INCOME EXCEED THE TAXABLE LIMITS SAY 2,50,000/= YOU HAVE TO LIABLE TO TAX AND FILE RETURN.

My location is Delhi,one of my known CA has suggested to register under composite scheme and take TIN no. , Further till fifty lacs I HV to pay on total turnover @ 5%
