my client is a middleman between travel agency and client. He collects ticket from agency and give it to the clients after adding a margin. So if he is not receiving a tax invoice from the travel agency, does he needs to collect gst from the client or needs to issue tax invoice to the client.?
Some travel agents are registered and some are not.. he is doing business for a dozen of travel agencies. If he is collecting invoice from an unregistered agency and selling it to client, does he needs to issue tax invoice to the client.?
If he is registered Persons than he shall issue the invoice subject u/s 31(3)(b) i.e amount of supply more than 200 or to Registered persons required to issue invoice.
