Taxable percentage transportation

As per notification No. 8/2015-Service Tax dated 1st March 2015, the revised rate of abatement of 30% for Transport of goods by road is applicable from 1st April 2015.

Abatement will be 30% or taxble will be 30% ?????

Taxable portion of the service is 30%. Abatement is 70%.
