Taxability whether individual tax slab or co op soc slab?

Please help me to solve out the below query.
Whether co op housing is taxable at Individual rate or rate of co op soc?
I have heard that a co op soc under AOP is taxed at Individual rate.
Please give me some base where i could know that it is taxed at Individual.
Senior member please help me and Thanks a lot in advance.

If its registred under co-op society act as housing society ltd.; having its own PAN; then at the rate of co-op society. But unregistered AOPs are based at Individual rate.
