Is GST payable on difference amount between reimbursement of expenses & actual expenses where reimbursements exceed actual expenses ?
e.g. Actual expenses - 50000
reimbursement amount - 60000
difference - 10000

GST will be applicable on whole amount of Rs. 60,000/- as the work is not done on pure agent basis
what if there is no invoicing of such events ?
There will be payment made by Cheque, Their is taxability of advance made on Supply of services 13(2)
payment made by cash without invoicing then what applicability ?
What if your want ITC credit on that amount?
