Question 2 : What are you doing in Business?
Ans : Selling the Goods.
Tax : PAY SALES TAX!

Question 3 : From where are you getting Goods?
Ans : From other State/Abroad
Tax : PAY CENTRAL SALES TAX, CUSTOM DUTY & OCTROI

Question 4 : What are you getting in Selling Goods?
Ans : Profit.
Tax : PAY INCOME TAX!

Question 5: How do you distribute profit ?
Ans : By way of dividend
Tax : PAY DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION TAX

Question 6 : Where you Manufacturing the Goods?
Ans. : Factory...
Tax : PAY EXCISE DUTY!

Question 7 : Do you have Office / Warehouse / Factory?
Ans : Yes
Tax : PAY MUNICIPAL & FIRE TAX!

Question 8 : Do you have Staff?
Ans. : Yes
Tax : PAY STAFF PROFESSIONAL TAX!

Question 9 : Doing business in Millions?
Ans. : Yes -- Tax : PAY TURNOVER TAX!
Ans : No -- Tax : Then pay Minimum Alternate Tax

Question 10 : Are you taking out over 25,000 Cash from Bank?

gud one boss,

Really, a Indian Pay aprrox. 60% of his income in Diff. type of Taxes.

But, We Professionals bread n butter is also depend upon filing of Returns............

Ya Mr.Saurab, Professioanls bread n butter depends on this. However, I believe we should not earn our bread by curbing others.

The tax structure should be simplified in such a way no one feels the burden and should be pride of contributing to the country.

soon the time will come , when we will start paying for breathing air as well.

 

 

 

This is the dirty Truth of India and indian government.

This is very simple way to earn income i.e by imposing tax.

 

Bus khud kuch mat karo (GOI) , Lekin dusara kuch kare (bussniess/profession) toh us me

taang gusao (charge tax.)

 

 

There is one more truth which many of us have ignored.

 

That is "Disinvestement" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

 

This is very dirty thing the indian polition are doing.

The GOI has created so much of the wealth over 60 years .

 

and now this politions are selling this crores of rupee assets to todays industrial lobby.   

as against personal gain.

 

jus imagine they have plan to sell RS 45000 crore through disinvestement.

 

what indian govt will have after 10 years ???

 

Nothing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

where is the new investments ??????????????????

 

It is quite true that GOI is making 500% - 2000% of gain in this disinestement

 

but jus imagine how mcuh will the such wealth if GOI will have if they do not sell now and hold for another 20-30 years.

 

please , somebody notice that , and do somthing for it.

also these politions are seeling so much costly land belonging to GOI to these

industrial Lobby , at migre amount.

 

example Hiranandani . Videpcon, Reliance etc etc there are so many examles.

 

 

When these politions will feel ashamed and shall stop all this , before its get to late ...
