I purchased a flat on home loan for which I claimed tax benefit, after clearing home loan I purchased another flat can I claim home loan tax benefits for my second flat also .

yes but there is ceratain limit in self occupied house

yes you can claim.. subject to a maximum amount of RS. 2,00,000/-
