what is the procedure to get TRC certificate. can we apply online ?

TRC in India can be obtained by submitting Form 10FA to the income tax authorities in India. The facility not available online. Submit Form 10FA physically to the assessing officer.
TRC of a foreign country may be obtained from that country’s relevant authority.
