Can you explain it, how come there be loss in buying a house property?
I didn't sell any property and so it can't be termed as gain
I took high interest personal loan and pawned my others assets like fixed deposits at high interest to buy it ..
so am I not to get income tax benefit for it as I didn't get to enjoy my income or since it was not a sell so i didn't gain anything
