I have recently purchased a plot, whether I will get any tax exemption on this or not. I have not taken any loan for this, Plz guide.

If you have sold a plot earlier and have earned some capital gain, then the cost of the purchase of this new plot shall be used to compute your capital gains and may avail exemption.

No , I have not sold any plot earlier. As I have paid to around 1 lakh to govt. as a stam duty and registration fee. that the case will I get any tax benefit on the same or not.
