TAX RATE DECREASE
As per 23rd meeting of GST Council some product tax rate is decreased 28 to 18%.... My question is any registered person who purchase some goods with tax rate @ 28%, now tax rate decrease to @ 18%. The registered person can sale same goods with tax rate @ 18%? please solve my problem....

yes the dealer should sale the item at the current rate of tax I.e.18%
