I got a commision refund from real estate agent on the property I bought from him.Should I need to add this as other source of Income and then calculate new tax. Agent has already deducted TDS @ 10% or there is any way I can get some rebate on it

Yes, you are required to show this income under income from other sources and claim TDS credit in your ITR.
