Tax Query

Dear Pramod,

How can a company pay HRA as well as provide UFA to same emplyee???

Buddy, i have not seen/heard this thing before..

But if at all it is happening then I think no option but to include taxable portion of HRA in computation of UFA.

I do agree with Mr.Amir

i don't think HRA and RFA both will be provided to a same employee??? hmmmm doubt....

But whatever it be... the act says all taxable allowances...which means here HRA will be fully taxable since the employee will not pay any rent.....
