Some great replies here. I have a complicated problem : For the year 2012-13 I had my gross income as what was my PF accumalated(I was not employed during the year). My service duration was under 5 years and hence TDS was deduced from the amoutnt. However the total amount falls short of the exemption of Rs 1,80.000 , so can I now file IT return and claim for the Refund of the TDS amount ?
