Dear Sir,
My ankle was retired from CRPF (Central Govt.) one year before and now he received monthly pension. My query is that :

1)Monthly pension of central govt. employee is tax free or not?

Uncommuted pension I.e.monthly receipt of pension is taxable in the hands of Government employee.
