I want to know whether turnover plays any role in any area of taxability w. r. t. audit or any limit.

for eg... I Sold 100 shares at 50 & bought at 48 same day. Though my profit is 200. My transaction is of Rs. 5000 .
.
Does this 5000 plays any role anywhere?
