Quick Summary
When purchasing a new home and planning interior work, you might wonder if the interior costs can be bundled into your main home loan or if a separate home improvement loan is required. Generally, these costs can be included as part of your home loan, especially if the interior work is being done concurrently with the purchase of a new property.

Generally it's a clubbed feature.

Actually flat is costing 71.3 and 7 lakh is separate and not in the cost sheet and i am taking loan for that 7 lakh too so can I still consider it in home loan

Yes you can proceed.
