People are talking that there are changes in the new tax syllabus for ipcc.....i have searched a lot n cant actually find the new books on net...even on the icai website the new books doesnt seem to open

I would like to know which all Indirect taxes are applicable for IPCC nov 2014 exams!!!!!

Direct tax and Indirect tax books are same for nov exams. AY 2014-15 applicable same for Nov exams. so dont worry about stusy material. Study well !!!

For Nov’14 CA-IPC exams, ST & VAT syllabus has been revised and renamed as Indirect Taxes.

Basic concepts of excise, customs, central sales tax and CENVAT credit have been included. Coverage of service tax has been widened.

Yes there is changes in indirect taxation... U will get from ICAI website..

Changes due to Companies Act, 2013 would be applicable for May’15 exams.
.
For Nov’14 exams, changes are applicable only in Paper 2: Business Laws, Ethics and Communication.
