After enter the sale entry, you have to press F12
select place of supply yes

FINE SIR.AFTER F12 I GET OPTION DESTINATION POSSIBLY YOU MEAN IT IS PLACE OF SUPPLY.BUT STILL NO COLUMN FOR DATE OF SUPPLY
You can use FI2 Configuation for all the modification in the work area of tally .if F12 is not satisfying your requirements , then you have to customise your tally by consulting your tally dealer.
