if the labour services provider contractor GST Registration has other states but he provid services M.P states. So we has made credit note witch GST code IGST & CGST/SGST

But vendor is our contractor.
Tax liability will arise where the service are provided . if within the state then cgst + Sgst otherwise igst
Place of Supply is within the state then CGST & SGST
Place of Supply is outside the State then IGST applicable
Place of Supply is outside the State then IGST applicable
IGST is applicable .
IGST will be applicable
