Tax implication for contract business
If an assesee is doing contract business of supplying labor (For Security Purpose), can he file IT return under Sec 44AD [If all other conditions are satisfied under 44AD]

Yes subject to Turnover restrictions as per section 44AD

As you have mentioned that all the other conditions for section 44AD is satisfied you can file the return under presumptive taxation.
