Tax for foriegn free lancer worker

We have newly Incorporated One Person Company and we have few Questions -

1. We have one web developer from europe and we pay him via paypal for the contract.

Question 1- Do we need to pay and TDS in india if so , how much?

2. We have taken hosting service from well known company in Europe where monthly we need to around 160 Euros,

Question 2- Is there any TDS on Web Hosting Service.

3. We are looking to purchase new softwares from U.S Japan etc,

Question 3 - Do we need to pay TDS or any other Taxes of Purcahsing new Softwares..?
