Hi i work as a part time employee at one of the collge, my employer had given me form 16 A, but i have filed under ITR 1 , do i still get a refund ?? my payment has been considered as 194j, as i am preparing for competitive exams i work only for part time i do not have any other income please someone help me, some people say i will not get refund?

The Tax Information Network (TIN) of the Income Tax Department has wef from financial year 2011-12 onwards extended the facility of online verification of the particulars of Form 16A from the following website
