Can you suggest for the following Matter,
"Whether the amount withdraw from PF Trust (Privat PF Trust registered under Income tax act & not PF Commissioner) before 5 Years, will liable to tax.
since amount contributed towards PF is allready taxable in gross salary
No tax is applicable on PF withdrawal, as the same is subjected to tax in your salary.
