Tax exemption for sposes hospital charges

Hi,

 

I have been blessed with ababy boy this year, I have the hopsital invoices with me, can this be in anyway falls under tax exemption?

No, there is no tax exemption for this.  You can only avail exemption u/s 80D on payment of medical insurance premium.

However you can claim the benefit of medical reimbursement upto Rs. 15k, provided you ahve the requirsite biils supproting this amount.
