if we make salary payment of march-2021 in before month ending can we pay tds before 31 march 2021.

Tds should be paid on 15th of the next month

You can pay it anytime.Hoever it is better if you pay after 31 March 2021.

Due date for remittance of TDS on salary for March would be on/before 30th April. However, you may pay even before the due date. But since you have additional time, it is wise to take advantage by using the available time limit to the maximum extent possible.
