i have query... can i do marketing of cosnsulting business ? ?

Yes, you can do that but you can't do marketing after becoming CA.
Even after qualifying CA, you can do marketing by floating a separate company for Taxation Consultancy.
A practicing CA or a CA firm cannot do marketing.
But a Private limited company with a CA as its MD and chairman can surely do the marketing of their services.

A practising CA can not be managing director of a private limited co. He can be a director simplicitor. Can attend board meeting.. can take sitting free. But can not take remuneration.
