Yes, you can do that but you can't do marketing after becoming CA.

A practising CA can not be managing director of a private limited co. He can be a director simplicitor. Can attend board meeting.. can take sitting free. But can not take remuneration.
Yes. You can. But do concentrate on completing the course.. I m still writing as I stated practice so early...all the very best
