Tax computation
If a trust is registered under section 12a and taking all the exemptions under section 11..what will be the tax liability.. is it as per slab of AOP or flat 30% (Maximum Marginal Rate)?

For Anonymous Donations exceeding higher of:
i) 5% of total donations received by trust or
ii) Rs 1,00,000
Taxed at 30%.......
otherwise as per slab rate
