Being a Gujarat state governments employee and investment in pli,ppf etc is say Rs 1lac and nps contribution of employee is say 1lac,can he may claim benefit under 80 c for 1.5 lac and 0.5 lac under 80ccd 1(b).The employer is also contributed to nps Rs.1lac,can it be claimed under 80ccd 2.
