X as a CA filed tax audit report of XYZ & Co. in FY 2012-13. In 2013-14 firm appoint Y as a CA.

While uploading tax audit report whether X should be dis-engaged in Incometax efiling portal and then add Y as a CA or

Add Y as a CA - and Y can file tax audit report (without dis-engaging X)

Eac and every year CA is to be added irrespectie of the fact whether same CA is signing or the other one. SO no question of dis engaging just add Y as CA.

Unlike companies act no such procedure in income tax for dis engage or resignation of ca.
