Quick Summary
This discussion explores the choice between a tax audit and a presumptive return for businesses. If your turnover is below a certain threshold (around 90 lakhs to 1 crore), you might be eligible for a presumptive return. However, if your turnover is closer to or exceeds 1 crore, a tax audit is generally recommended. The conversation also touches on considering cash transactions when calculating overall turnover.
Btw is 90 lakh after cash deposit and cash withdrawal transaction calculation means overall factors to consider to make the final turnover of a person or company if yes then in my opinion audit is better if you don't want to do then pressumetive is not for you file itr3
