hello can any one tell me tax audit applicable to foreign company??
if foreign company provide service in india & company have no permanent establishment in india and comany receive income from indian company in foreign?? incmoe exceed 1 crore rupees tax audit applicable ??

tax audit is applicable only on indian firms/ companies. this foreign company will need to pay tds
