Tax Audit applicability and due dates

Hi All,

I have a query regarding the applicability of tax audit and due date for filing return and audit of LLP having turnover of 97 lacs,appx 8-9 lacs profit,mostly having cash receipts as its a hotel industry.

whether tax audit will be applicable or not as there is a cash receipt and llp audit is applicable as turnover is above 40 lacs,so llp audit is applicable and due date for audit will be 30th sept and return filing date will be 31st oct?

kindly let me know whether tax audit will be applicable or not and due dates for audit and filing return.
