Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the difference between a tax audit and the finalisation of a balance sheet. While accounts form the basis for a tax audit, only the Income Tax computation is affected by the audit report. The Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets remain unchanged, as there isn't a separate balance sheet for tax audit purposes. Changes to the Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet items are distinct from the tax audit process itself.

Accounts are the base for tax audit .

Only IT computation will have the effect of tax audit report.

PL and Balance Sheets will be same
Wrong pl and balance sheet items are different.
There will not be seperate balance sheet for tax audit..Only IT Computation has all possible changes
