They have to get there financial statement audited by Quali.CA only.
Yes lawyers are also liable to be audited.
If your gross reciept is exceeds Rs.1000000 then you are liable for Tax audit u/s 44AB ,Same rule is also applies to a lawyer.
All Professionals having gross receipt over Rs. 10,00,000/- are liable to audit u/s 44AB.
