I am Chartered Accountant received COP just a week ago .
Sir , one of my client who had turnover of 1.64 crore through bank had not gone through Tax audit for A.Y. 2013-14.
Sir now I m filing Tax audit report belatedly. Sir , my query is though I didn't have COP on 31st September, can I still sign tax audit report for a.y. 2013-14 on 12th April 2014?
