Can anybody tell me If chartered accountant just started practice, But how he should improve your practice? Is It proper rule that they should not advertise themselves within the city like others? How can you manage the firm initially?
A partner draws salary as a partner ( taxed as business income) and also has business income. Total of the two business incomes exceed minimum tax audit limit ( Rs. 40 lakhs for non professional business). Does he have to get his personal business accounts tax audited?
