HI EXPERTS, i want Clartification in Consignment sales in Karnataka , Details of Transaction as follows:-

i have purchased Pharmaceticals goods from out side Karnataka agaisnt Form "C",. Same goods sent to Our agents in karnataka as agent or consignment sales, My question is :-

1) Shall i collect tax in the bill /invoice

2) if i mentioned as consingment sales what are all documents will attch in invoice while sending goods to my agent.

3) What r the forms i have to collect from our agent to claim consignment sale /agent sales

4) i want to Know about i have to collect tax or agent have to collect the tax?

Kindly clarify this its most urgent pls------------
