FITNESS & slimming comes under services tax
Nutrition if services is provided then it comes under service tax or any nutrition items sales comes under kvat
Beauty and costemetics consultancy beautician services means it comes service tax if any beauty costmetics items sales made means it comes under kvat
Ayurvedic & homepathy any consultancy means it requires services tax or any items sales made through ayurvedic & homepathy items it comes under kvat( medicine supply)
spa industry any services provided to the clients it will be comes under service tax
any items sale made through spa industry means it comes under kvat
All the above services are taxable post introduction on ST Negative regime.....except medical treatment(homeopathy,allopathy or other recognised method in medical science)...
