Tan surrender

TAN surrender is only possible if all dues of the government are cleared and there is no dispute pending.

Hence get the demand cleared and then surrender your TAN

but please clear one think .. if i revise return thn some pan no i have to add in tds return but now what is the benifit for those pan holder coz they have already filled their return.
