Tan registration in nsdl site

Dear friend, i have faced same problem. But i have got idea. If we re register TAN on NSDL then first registration will deactivate automatically, new registration will activate in 24 hr and on this time we will get New 12 digit Tax Registration Number. So i have been re-register TAN on NSDL site, First Registration have been deactivated automatically, I have got New 12 Digit TRN. This new Reregistration activated in 24 hrs. After Activation of TAN Registration i have login the TAN Account, and resend the requirement regarding 16A and TDS and TCS Consolidated File. So follow this way, may be your problem will solve. one more thing is that save the 12 digit TRN for future operations.

Now online registration of TAN is not available in TIN website. Pl. inform what to do for new registration and regregistration?

Does anybody know? and can help about how to register a TAN no. now ?

The TIN NSDL people say that they have transfered the registeration to CPC Delhi TDS, but cant find things please.

I have found an unclear solution to it

Now TDS registration can be done in the website

www.tdscpc.gov.in

Even Form 16, 16A downloads,

         Form 26AS vieing & downloading, etc...

can be done.

But wait for few more days for full-fledged information :)
