Tally Training module

Can anyone provide me the Tally (full) Guidelines for its ALL features and shortcuts including import - export of data & reports.

As I was working in Indian economy around 3 years ago.Thenafter I have never used Tally.

I am in need of 100% Tally Professional Guidance.
